As you might know, on Windows 10 there are no way to pin any app or link to start by default as it was before on Windows 7

Actually, to pin some app or some internal/external link is very simple. You have to go to the windows directory:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Then, put any app link to any location within this directory
Through the start menu search the link by its name
PIN is to start menu from context menu (mouse right click on app/link icon)
